Chocolate cake

Ingredients:

– 7.0 oz, 200g dark chocolate (54% Cocoa)
– 4 eggs
– 14 tblsps, 7.0 oz, 200g butter
– 3/4 cup, 5.3 oz, 150 g sugar
– 1/2 cup, 2.8 oz, 80 g flour

Preparation:

– Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C)
– In a large bowl, put chocolate and butter.


– Heat chocolate and butter in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes.
– Whisk until smooth. This is what you should get:

– Stir in the eggs.
– Stir in sugar and flour. Whisk until smooth.
– Pour the batter in a cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
