Cauliflower with melted butter

Most of the times, simple recipes are the best!

Preparation:

– In a dutch over, Boil salted water.
– Add the cauliflower and boil for approx. 20 minutes at medium heat. Make sure the cauliflower is soft and tender before turning off the heat.
– Take off the cauliflower from the water. Cut the cauliflower in small pieces.
– Dress the cauliflower with melted butter, salt and pepper.

You can eat the cauliflower with grilled meat or chicken.
